forums have grown over the last several years and we thank all of you for being
a part of this growing Iranian Football community.
In order to
keep a friendly and safe environment, please follow these simple rules. If you
have any questions or problems, please feel free to contact one of the Staff
Members.
By posting
on Irankicks.com Forum you agree to abide by and follow the Guidelines and
Rules.
Rules
Criminal
activities: You
are not allowed to post anything that may be considered as criminal activity.
They include posting of computer viruses, worms, spyware, child pornography,
death threat, link to sites that promote illegal activities or any thing else
with the intention of doing harm to members and non members.
Examples:
You don not post links to sites containing child pornography.
You do not say anything that wishes another person harm. (They include non-IK members such as players, coaches, officials or member of other forums)
Decency:
Irankicks.com forums are open to general audience.
Please refrain from posting anything containing pornographic, obscene, or
excessive reference to sex and violence.
Advertising
& Spam:
Members are not allowed to promote their website or product without permission
of Irankicks.com administration. Spaming
or flooding the forum with meaningless threads is not allowed.
Members are
not allowed to use Irankicks.com resources to attack or discuss issues relating
to other websites.
Examples:
You do not post links to your own website for the sole reason of promoting it.
You do not post messages containing promotional messages.
You do not post pointless and meaningless one-liner messages.
You do not post the same thread more than once.
Racism:
Racist comments toward members of other nationality, cultures and
religion is strictly prohibited.
Harassment
& Intimidation: While debating is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness,
insulting posts, personal attacks, insults toward non Irankicks.com
members, profanity, family insults or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our
decision is final in these matters.
Examples:
You cannot use profanity to get your message across.
You cannot insult players, coaches etc.
You cannot intimidate any member by continuously attacking them under different threads.
If a member wishes to be left alone you cannot force them to engage you.
Flaming:
The act of calling into question someone's thoughts, beliefs, and parentage
simply because you don't agree with them. It
refers to any kind of derogatory comment no matter how witless or crude. Don't
do it.
Religion
and Politics:
Definition
of Religion: All religions that
exist or existed in Today's Iran.
Definition
of Politics: Politics relating to
Iran and Iranian people.
Members are
not allowed to post religious or political topics.
Members are not allowed to engage in any political or religious
discussions. Members are not
allowed to promote their religious or political ideologies.
Members are not allowed to post links to political or religious websites.
Members are not allowed to defame or insult another religion.
Members are not allowed to insult another political group.
You are
allowed to post religion celebration and greetings such as Christmas.
Examples:
You cannot discuss any major religion such as Christianity, Islam, Judaism, etc.
You cannot post news related to religion or Politics.
You can discuss politics or religious news that do not relate to today's Iran.
Avatars
& Signatures:
All Irankicks rules apply to Avatars and signatures.
Examples:
You cannot use an avatar with pornographic or excessive sexual content.
You cannot use an avatar that promotes a specific political group or ideology.
You cannot post an avatar that defames religion or promotes religion.
You cannot post avatars that advertises a product or website.
Same rules
apply to signatures.
Membership:
You may have one membership account.
If we find that you have more than one account in use at any one time we
will delete all your accounts and you will be banned from Irankicks.com forum.
Privacy:
No member is allowed to post any person's private information that is not
otherwise publicly available. PMs or emails sent to a Moderator or Administrator
or a Moderation or Administration action may be shared with other Moderators or
Administrators and recorded electronically in a "non public" domain.
Complaints
& Appeals:
Members are allowed to complain or request an Appeal on Suggestion and Complaint
forum. In most cases IK
administration decision is final.
Warning, Banning and Moderating process
All above
rules apply to all functions of forum including, private messaging and email.
Any member that violates the above rules will be warned once publicly and
gets a yellow card. Repeat offender
will get a Red Card. Third offense
will results in a 2 months ban. Any
banned member who violates the rules for the 4th time will be permanently banned
from Irankicks.com
Yellow
card: Cannot start new threads or
polls. Can reply to other’s thread. (One
week)
Red Card: Cannot start a thread. Cannot reply to other’s thread. (Two Weeks)
